Divcibare is a mountain plateau stretching from Crni vrh, Paljba and Golubac to Kraljev sto and Veliko brdo. This plateau is divided into two parts by the top Strazara. The river Crna Kamenica runs through Divicibare mountain plateau.

Mountains around the town of Valjevo – Medvednik, Jablanik, Povlen and Maljen are all a part of the Dinarides mountain chain in the north-west of Serbia. Maljen has a specific terrain which enables favorable climate and the abundance of various animal and plant species, including the well preserved conifer forests.
